SERVE MILITARY VETERANS IN YOUR OWN PRACTICE 

In honor of Veterans Day this November, the Greater  Houston Dental Society (GHDS) encourages you to host free dentistry in your office to  military heroes in your community for the chance “to serve those who have served!”     Recognized as a vulnerable population, many military veterans experience challenges in accessing dental care. Limited Dental services exist with Department of Veterans Affairs to specific groups including POWs, or those having a service-connected dental disability or condition rated at 100%, or those who are receiving the 100 percent rate by reason of individual unemployability. 

Your service to veterans is determined by you & your practice – it is all up to you! You determine number of patients and the type of services you can provide, time and resources you can provide, whether it’s a full or portion of a day.  Questions: Contact Ms. Smith at jsmith@ghds.org / 713-961-4337.
